About Us

Myki and Daniel Patrick moved to the Lower Downtown (LoDo) neighborhood of Denver in 2026 as church planters with the Global Methodist Church. They have been married for over 27 years, have five children and enjoy many grandchildren all over the country.

Myki received her baccalaureate education in Business Management/Accounting and has worked for several 'for-profit' and non-profit organizations including serving as a Finance Director for a local church. She has a calling for church planting and urban outreach, and currrently works for a local non-profit organization in Denver serving people experiencing homelessness. She enjoys leading women's ministries, spending time with family, and watching a good movie at home.

Before being called into full time ministry, Daniel was in executive management with a national real estate development and management firm. He managed the entire California portfolio of multifamily investments and in 2011/2012 God called him out of that profession and into a life of ministry.

He received his Masters of Divinity seminary degree and immediately began church planting in California. He has worked for several non-profit organizations and currently serves as ordained clergy in the Global Methodist Church in the Heartland Conference / Colorado District. He has a heart and passion for urban outreach, church planting, and gospel proclamation.

Together, Myki and Daniel founded Love First Denver, Inc. - a Christ-centered missional movement to bring new church formations to the LoDo neighborhood and throughout all seventy-eight neighborhoods within the city of Denver.

Their long term goal is to transform Denver neighborhoods into a kingom community of God that will multiply and transform the world.
